20 super simple ways to increase calm

You have the power to increase your calm today. You don't have to make huge, sweeping changes. Just commit to doing one of these super simple things today. Just one. Choose one!



  1. Morning Gratitude: Start your day by reflecting on three things you're grateful for. This can set a positive tone for the day.

  2. Mindful Breath: Take a few minutes - at morning noon or night - to do deep, mindful breathing. It can help you feel centered and reduce stress.

  3. Set Day's Intention: Set an extremely clear intention for today. This can help you stay focused and motivated.

  4. Move your body: Incorporate physical activity into your day. Even a short walk can boost your mood and energy.

  5. Eating well, just for today: Make the decision to support your overall well-being by eating only nutritious foods today. You decide what that means for you - either skip the snickers bar or go all vegan all day. You do you, just to it intentionally today.

  6. Hydrate: Start your day with a glass of water and ensure you stay hydrated throughout the day.

  7. Take a digital detox: Set a time when you will go screenless for at least one hour prior to bedtime. Turn off ALL digital devices. I mean all of them.
