I remember it like it was yesterday.
Standing - alone - in my loft in Denver, Colorado.
My eyes filled with hot tears.
The pressure in my throat from choking them down was unbearable.

I felt like I was going to disappear into the ether.
And die right there.

Keep you stuck
Make you feel SEEMINGLY safe
What you repeat in your mind also has the ability to:
Increase your confidence
Boost your bravery
Give you much needed space to ACT instead of REACT
